SA COMPLIANCE TRAINING was established in 2019 in response to a growing need from within smaller, predominantly mining-related companies to gain the same exceptional level of training that large mining houses achieve with dedicated training and development units.

 

With training expertise gained over more than two decades employed at one of South Africa’s foremost gold-mining companies, director Ernst Badenhorst envisioned the creation of a lean, dedicated, quick-to-respond and client-driven training unit. A service provider that comes with a big business calling card but without the huge infrastructure cost usually associated with training work teams to comply with life-saving occupational health and safety standards.

 

The result was a small-scale training unit that quickly gained traction among clients who recognized the value of outsourcing a key responsibility in doing business safely, smartly and cost effectively. Within a mere two years, SA COMPLIANCE TRAINING has become a reputable contractor in the Northern Cape and North-West provinces, engaging with employers and employees on an equal footing.
